YZER Apparel offers a 30 day warranty policy on all defective apparel from the date you recieved the goods. Each warranty is a case by case situation and handled by our Quality Assurance Team. If you believe you have recieved defective product please don't hesitate to contact us at the email address listed below. Do not send back goods/products without contacting us first as we must review the claim. If goods are found to be defective and the claim is approved, refunds will be offered in the form of store credit. Customers living outside Canada will be responsible for the shipment of goods to our Quality Assurance Team.
